Hi, I’m Sam and Rook Haus is the design studio home to all of my creative projects. My illustrations aim to bring joy and whimsy to any project. Call them rose-colored glasses if you must, but my art portrays the vibrant way I see the world. I am vehemently anti generative AI and believe humans need human art. Humans are beautiful because of the diversity in our appearances and experiences, and my work always aims to celebrate both our differences and our shared experiences. I have worked as an artist, illustrator, and brand designer for the past decade. This includes six internationally published tarot decks, all that explore different facets of the human experience and all with wildly different perspectives. My work also includes a variety of print and digital publication features.
